For over six years Lenders Depot has relied on AddJax to ensure that their communications systems keep pace with their growth. Starting with 3 people and a single office in Temecula, that has grown to a much larger office with a staff of over fifty employees. They have also expanded with a Palm Springs location.

In early 2004 lenders was on the move again requiring a larger system to accommodate their growth. The choice was Vodavi XTS Triad System. In today's world everything happens with short notice and an even shorter project completion windows. The project required over 30 lines with 53 stations. Within seven calendar days AddJax Communications installed the new system including voice mail, music on hold, cabled the 53 work stations for voice and data, coordinated the IT work and provided an electrical subcontractor to install new circuits and receptacles for the work stations as needed.

Were there issues? Of course there were, but AddJax worked thru them, such as working until 1:30 am on Friday night because the third party provider had problems with their computers. And then being back on the job Saturday morning at 7:00 am.

A long time customer of AddJax Communications - For nearly seven years we have provided and maintained the telephone systems and cabling needs for all of their offices located in Canyon Lake, Rancho Bernardo, Perris, San Bernardino.

With twelve buildings and over 170 units they had one big problem. The phone company wouldn't work in the phone boxes because the ones installed by the electrical contractor were too small. So every time a tenant moved in or repair was required they had to call an outside vendor in to sort things out, at a substantial added cost. So AddJax Communications was hired to retrofit the boxes by removing all the punch down blocks and install the correct ones in a manner that allowed the phone company to perform there work .

After several service calls and repairs at Mr. Sanders personal residence AddJax Communications was asked to retrofit several of his motels with high speed internet connections in each room
[200 rooms per location]. Locations included Palm Springs, Santa Barbara and Van Nuys

After a fire had burnt down their offices, AddJax Communications was chosen to provide a design build for the data and voice distribution, which included a conduit from the phone room into each suite along with several data conduits that all ran back to a control box in each suite since the ceilings were drywall. This design provided future growth options for voice and networking requirements.
